Subscription Box Shipping

All Our Fun Creations boxes are carefully curated and packed with love. Our subscription boxes ship once per month.

  • Orders placed before the monthly cutoff date (30th) will receive the upcoming box.

  • Orders placed after the cutoff will receive the following month's box.

Subscribers will receive an email notification when their box ships.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your box on its journey to you.

Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package leaves our facility, shipping times are controlled by the carrier. However, if your order appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at support@ourfuncreations.com and we will help resolve the issue.

Damaged Items

If your box arrives damaged or something is missing, please contact us at support@ourfuncreations.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can make it right.
