Refund policy

At Our Fun Creations, we want you to love every box you receive. Because each box is carefully curated and often includes consumable and personalized items, our refund and return policy is designed to be fair while maintaining product quality and safety.

Returns

Subscription box, custom orders, sale and personalized items are not returnable. 

Damages and issues

You will receive an email when your item ships. We trust that your merchandise will arrive safely. Please check all items for possible shipping damage upon receipt. If any damage is found, please email pictures to support@ourfuncreations.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we will help you file a claim with the shipper.

Cancelling your Our Fun Creations Subscription

We’re sad to see you go! To cancel your subscription or membership, please fill out the cancellation form. You can also update your payment method, billing/shipping address. Cancellation requests must be received 14 days before your billing date, or you will be charged for the following month. If a payment fails due to an invalid payment method, we may attempt to reprocess the payment or suspend your subscription until a valid payment method is provided.

Refunds for Subscriptions

Subscriptions are non-returnable and non-refundable, but you may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation requests must be received 14 days before your billing date to avoid charges for the next month. If a payment fails due to an invalid or detached payment method (e.g., due to technical errors), you must update your payment method promptly. We may attempt to reprocess the payment before suspending your subscription.

Payment Disputes

If you experience issues with payments, such as failed charges or detached payment methods, please contact support@ourfuncreations.com within 30 days. You agree to allow us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue (e.g., reattaching payment methods or processing refunds) before initiating a dispute with your bank or payment provider (e.g., Stripe, Shopify). Refunds for failed transactions due to technical errors will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, subject to Stripe & Shopify’s terms.
